OPERATING HOURS & PRIOR PERMISSION

Normal operating hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 LT daily (except for public holidays). Requests for use outside of these hours may be possible with prior arrangement. 24 hours prior permission (PPR) is required for all flights, exceptions can only be granted by the director of operations. All bookings should be made either by telephone, email or fax to the heliport operations.The following information is required for a booking:

* Date, ETA & ETD of flight
* Helicopter type and registration
* Operator/Owner
* Departure point and destination
* Name of Pilot in Command
* Flight category i.e. Private, Commercial or Military
* Any requirements or services required i.e. fuel, parking or catering etc.
* Passenger manifest (international flights only)
No flights are permitted between 23:00 and 07:00. The only exceptions to this are flights for the purpose of medical or national emergency.

SLOT TIMES

Landing slot times will be allocated for all notified special events and on extremely busy days, timings must be adhered to, to prevent congestion and disappointment. Owners and operators are to ensure that their passengers are made aware of the importance of arriving at the heliport in sufficient time for their requested departure

PAYMENT

Payments for all flights must be made on landing by either cash or credit card unless an account has been arranged. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted with a surcharge of 5%.

CANCELLATION FEES & BOOKING CHANGES

Cancellation fees will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 12 hours prior to the ETA. If a booking is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, charges will apply when staff is in attendance and insufficient notice is given. Any subsequent changes to bookings may be subject to other confirmed bookings and operational requirements.

SAFETY & SECURITY

The heliport is an ICAO licensed heliport. It provides RFFS Category H2 during its published operation hours. The heliport has an electronic security system and is member of the Amsterdam Westpoort Collective Security Program. When additional night security is required for your helicopter, a guard can be arranged with prior notice at an additional charge.
