PASSENGER FACILITIESGeneral The terminal was built in 2005 and offers administrative office space and a VIP passenger lounge with the comforts of a modern airport facility. With additional features such as wireless LAN, year-round heating, ventilation and lighting for maximum comfort and convenience, the heliport's terminal building is one of the most modern in the industry. Full restroom facilities are available at no extra charge. Transport Secured car parking is available and at the owner’s risk. Charges are based on half-day rates. Arranging ground transportation is the responsibility of the visiting party, however our staff is more than willing to assist. Other Catering can be arranged for if requested at booking with a minimum charge of € 30. For disabled customers it is appreciated if those requiring special assistance telephone in advance in order to discuss their requirements. Our staff are happy to provide as much help as possible. AIRCRAFT FACILITIESParking Aircraft parking including overnight parking is available at the owner's risk. Where possible the staff will endeavor to accommodate all requests. Helicopters with an over-all length of more than 16 meter must request parking in advance. All advanced requests to park are guaranteed and are not subject to operational conditions on the actual day. In door overnight parking is available for helicopters with a maximum height of 4.50 meters, but subject to the heliports operational requirements, and at the owner's risk. Fuel Jet A1 fuel is available on two dedicated refueling spots. The fuel is supplied by Air BP and as a part of the BP quality standards a check on the fuel is carried out daily. Rotors-running refueling is not permitted. Other Washing facilities including engines, are available to the highest environmental standards for visiting helicopters.
